2021年秋季学期是中小学全面落实“双减”有关部署要求的第一个学期。杭州湾双语学校的语文教学,在国家方针政策的指导下,继续秉持着”中国核,世界流“的办学宗旨,深入贯彻弱应试背景下回归中文本源的学科理念,积极探索“双减”背景下我校语文教学的实施途经,全面提升学生的文学素养。
为了贯彻落实“五项规定”和《深化素质,切实减轻义务阶段学生过重课业负担八项规定》、《深化课程改革,加强教学管理,提高教学质量基本要求》等的文件精神,我校全体语文教师贯彻文件精神,提高执行课堂减负增效提质的认识,潜心研究课程设计,提升课堂效率;优化校本研究,丰富作业形式;积极开展丰富多彩的活动,培养阅读兴趣,体验传统文化,在全面提高学生语文综合素养上下功夫,取得了阶段性的成果。
减负提质在课堂中的落实
提升课堂教学质量是“双减”政策的重要环节,是促使学生在校内学足学好的重要措施。在课堂上我们继续加强课堂教学管理,保持良好教学秩序,优化教学过程,提高课堂教学效益。
而“兴趣”是学生进行学习活动的动力和源泉,是提高授课效率的保障。
因此,我们的语文课也从多方面让孩子欣赏到语文课堂特有的语言美,包括创设合理情景导入课堂、基础字词点拨、问题探讨、鼓励参与等,创建适合学生真实生长的中小学语文课堂,不断提升课堂质量,切实提升学生的核心素养,提高孩子的学习能力。

通过阅读以后,及时记录在小书虫的身体上,写一写喜欢的好词,积累一句优美的句子,并画上印象最深刻的图片,孩子们正是通过这样的阅读方法,在活动中自然而然地提高阅读量、拓展了更多课外知识。
语文智慧教学小妙招
为了有效减轻学生作业量, 三、四、五年级的语文作业也相应地发生了变化。
三年级的语文老师们最智慧,以预习为纲巧抓基础,强抓订正,帮助孩子找出薄弱点,有针对性巩固。课外阅读的拓展强化了单元语文要素,强调答题的规范性,帮助孩子更广泛的接触各种类型的阅读题。通过图表形式帮助孩子梳理作文逻辑性,并用不同的趣味方式进行分析讲解,如全班共写一文等,更加激发孩子写作的兴趣。
四年级的语文老师们妙招多,更侧重学生的自主学习能力培养,如通过练习方式检测是否掌握重要字词句,而非重复抄写字词句,利用作业减免以激发学生内在学习主动性,自主掌握基础字词句。除此以外,书面作业也注重学生的反思能力,通过分析,感受语文词、句的涵义,提高文字审美能力。练习作业中也丰富题型,注重学生迁移能力的提升,不在量上做文章,而在质上深探究。
五年级的语文老师们最体恤,根据学生情况做到了基础、拓展、选做分类,让基础不同的孩子灵活完成作业,既减轻了弱基础孩子的负担,又为学有余力的孩子提供更多提升空间。此外,五年级也设置有弹性作业,为学习确实有困难的孩子提供更多的选择空间,大大减少了学业压力。同时,老师们还提供了丰富的非书面作业资源,如语文预习作业的自查、自读、思考拓展部分。

初中孩子们通过兑换表扬条的形式以获得免除语文作业的"特权",在假期里孩子们有更多阅读和培养自身兴趣的时候,真正意义上把假期还给孩子们。
初中语文作业更强调提高作业效率,分层作业,根据学生课堂内容吸收的程度,分别安排提升作业和拓展作业。对于基础扎实的学生,采用免抄词等基础类作业,而为他们布置了更多的拓展类作业,这类作业往往需要更强的知识储备,也更能够培养学生的思维能力和探究精神。阅读作业则为学生设计专门的阅读手册,精心挑选不同类型的探究题目。

我校传统节目“中国文化周”和“华夏文化节”,在“双减”政策的背景下也显得尤其重要。语文学科在华夏文化节中发挥积极作用,小学各年级举办古诗词教学和吟诵,将流传千古、脍炙人口的诗词歌赋流淌在学生的心中,让他们从悠久的中国历史传统中,汲取智慧,彰显个性。而初中年级则将熟悉的历史人物与历史事件在初中的戏剧节上演绎,小演员真实、细腻、生动的表演都是扎实的剧本、努力的演员、精致的服化道的共同效果,这也获得了老师同学们的一次又一次热烈的掌声。

让学生在语言中感到祖国文化的丰富多彩也是”双减“政策的重要目的之一。捧一本神话,跨越时空。捻一丝“神力”,斑斓生活。为了激发学生课外阅读的兴趣,提升学生的综合素养,让学生进一步感受中国传统文化的无穷魅力,四年级将”讲神话故事比赛“热闹地举办起来了,学生们通过一个个神奇的故事,一段段奇妙的想象,一个个鲜活的人物形象,了解更多中国传统文化。

为了弘扬中国传统文化,让孩子们在体验中学习、了解和感受中华民族特有的精神内涵,中文辩论赛作为“中国文化周”重磅活动之一,一直深深吸引着杭校学子们的参与热情。辩题“洋务运动利大于弊还是弊大于利?”激发了初中辩手们的思维火花,思路清晰、逻辑明确、妙语连珠的辩手们真正地将语文用到极致,也让所有观众感受到汉语的博大精深。

最值得一提的是我们的大功臣,减负提质的最大成功莫过于杭校的老师们,正是他们经过了不断地探索,精心地准备,设计组织丰富多彩的活动才让孩子们体会到了寓教于乐。
在原来的基础上,小学语文老师们更侧重环节设计的紧凑性、把课堂变成孩子的主题,以老师引导加总结为主构建框架,孩子为主来填充内容部分,让孩子上课手、眼、脑都要灵活运用真正落实“双减”,强调教育初心。而足智多谋的初中老师们备课时候则多注重阅读方法的提炼,从回忆性叙事散文,到传记类的文章,通过把握细节,注重评价类语句,以及结合人物所处时代等方法精读。看到孩子们的投入和进步,语文老师们的心中也满是自豪与欣慰,相信在未来孩子们一定会在语文学习中更上一层楼!
综上所述,在双减政策下的语文教学要想提质增效,需要老师不断地更新相关知识,提高业务能力和教育教学质量,减轻学生作业的同时,在课堂和活动中提高学生学习语文的兴趣,这样才能更好地提高语文学科的教学质量,让学习变得快乐起来。

The fall semester of 2021 is the first semester for primary and secondary schools to fully implement the deployment requirements of "double reduction". Under the guidance of national guidelines and policies, the language teaching of Hangzhou Bay Bilingual School continues to uphold the purpose of "China's core, International Vision", deeply implements the discipline concept of returning to the origin of Chinese in the context of weak examinations, actively explores the implementation of language teaching in our school under the background of "double reduction", and comprehensively improves students' literary literacy.
In order to implement the spirit of the "Five Provisions" and the "Eight Provisions on Deepening Quality and Effectively Reducing the Excessive Burden of Coursework on Students in the Compulsory Stage", "Deepening Curriculum Reform, Strengthening Teaching Management, and Improving the Basic Requirements for Teaching Quality", under the leadership of the competent department at the higher level, all the language teachers of our school implement the spirit of the document, improve the understanding of the implementation of classroom burden reduction and efficiency improvement, concentrate on studying curriculum design, improve classroom efficiency, optimize school-based research, enrich the form of homework, and actively carry out various activities to cultivate interest in reading. Experience traditional culture, make great efforts to comprehensively improve the quality of students, and achieve phased results.
Part One: The Implementation of Burden Reduction and Quality Improvement in the Classroom
Improving the quality of classroom teaching is an important part of the "double reduction" policy and an important measure to promote students to learn well in school. In the classroom, we continue to strengthen classroom teaching management, maintain good teaching order, optimize the teaching process, and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.
"Interest" is the driving force and source of students' learning activities, and is the guarantee for improving the efficiency of teaching.
Therefore, our language classes also allow children to appreciate the unique language beauty of the language classroom from many aspects, including creating reasonable scenarios to introduce into the classroom, basic word pointing, problem discussion, encouraging participation etc., creating a primary and secondary school language classroom suitable for students' real growth, continuously improving the quality of the classroom, effectively improving the core literacy of students, and improving children's learning ability.

Ⅰ. Diverse Forms of Work
(1) Oral Homework Assignments for Lower Grades
In the lower grades, we take the education of subjects as the foundation, and plant the love of traditional culture and national pride in the young minds of children, and at the same time attach importance to the value of discipline education. In terms of language teaching, we insist on attaching importance to the consolidation of writing and basic knowledge, adhere to the language teaching in the context of weak test-taking, and strengthen the combination of reading guidance and practical application.
At HBBSS, the junior grade Chinese language teachers implement the practice of recognizing, finding, talking, listening, changing, writing, looking, and memorizing.
Little Bookworm: After reading, timely record on the body of the little bookworm, write a good word you like, accumulate a beautiful sentence, and draw the most impressive picture, it is through this reading method that children naturally improve the amount of reading and expand more extracurricular knowledge in the activity.
(2) Written Assignments for Senior Grade
In order to effectively reduce the excessive homework burden of students, the Chinese language homework in the third, fourth and fifth grades has also changed accordingly.
The third grade Chinese language homework is reduced in quantity, and the foundation is skillfully grasped with the pre-study as the outline, and the correction is strongly grasped to help the children find out the weak points and consolidate them in a targeted manner. The expansion of extracurricular reading strengthens the language elements of the unit, emphasizes the standardization of answering questions, and helps children to be more widely exposed to various types of reading questions. Through the form of charts, help children sort out the logic of composition, and analyze and explain in different interesting ways, such as writing an essay together in the class, etc., to stimulate children's interest in writing.
The design of the fourth grade Chinese language homework focuses more on the cultivation of students' independent learning ability, such as testing whether they have mastered important words and sentences through practice, rather than repeatedly copying words and sentences, and using homework reductions to stimulate students' internal learning initiative and master basic words and sentences independently. In addition, written homework also pays attention to students' reflective ability, through analysis, feel the meaning of language words and sentences, and improve the aesthetic ability of words. The practice assignments also enrich the types of questions, focusing on the improvement of students' migration ability, not making a fuss about the quantity, but exploring the quality deeply.
According to the situation of students, the fifth grade Chinese language homework has achieved the basic, expanded, and selected classification, so that children with different foundations can flexibly complete the homework, which not only reduces the burden of children with weak foundations, but also provides more room for improvement for children with spare energy. In addition, the fifth grade also has flexible homework to provide more choices for children who do have difficulty learning, which greatly reduces academic pressure. At the same time, teachers also provide a wealth of non-written homework resources, such as self-examination, self-reading, and thinking expansion parts of language preparation assignments.
(3) Flexible Homework at Middle School
Middle school students get the privilege of exempting them from Chinese language homework by exchanging praise notes, and when they have more reading and cultivating their own interests during the holidays, they really enjoy the holidays.
Middle school Chinese language homework emphasizes improving homework efficiency, layered homework, and arranged upgrading homework and extended homework according to the degree of absorption of students' classroom content. For students with a solid foundation, basic homework such as no new vocabulary copy writing, and more extended homework is assigned to them, which often requires stronger knowledge reserves and is more able to cultivate students' thinking ability and spirit of inquiry. Reading assignments are designed for students to design a special reading manual, carefully selecting different types of inquiry questions.
Ⅱ. Cultivate interest in reading
"Language teaching that returns to the origin of Chinese language in the context of weak test-taking" itself implements the requirements of the "double reduction" policy, and we firmly believe that the effect of language learning does not depend on mechanical repetitive homework exercises, but requires students to really devote themselves to rich reading activities, feel the charm of language learning, stimulate their own interest in learning, and accumulate knowledge and expand their abilities. Therefore, a variety of reading activities are also actively held, which are welcomed by teachers, students and parents.
Little Bookworm: In order to stimulate the reading interest of lower primary school students, the lower grade Chinese teachers will hold a "Reading Little Bookworm" activity every semester, which is very popular among students and parents. While expanding their knowledge, students also maintain reading as a good habit and make books lifelong friends.
Book Fair: In order to encourage children to read more books and read good books, HBBSS holds book exchange activities every year. Carefully prepared books were neatly arranged on the class's book stalls, the students looked at the stalls of each class, and the students who quickly picked up the books had already eagerly made new friends and were satisfied to immerse themselves in the ocean of books. Among them, there are many comments and messages from the original owners, which make this activity more meaningful.
Daily Reading: Middle school students are more welcome to recommend good books, students introduce their favorite books, students are very interested in books introduced by their peers, and also exercise students' language expression skills. In addition, since the establishment of the school, middle school students are carrying out "daily reading", combined with the department of the entire book to read, students are also more actively involved, every semester, teachers will read with students, develop efficient reading books, and regular feedback guidance, in this process, teachers and students share reading experience, summarize reading experience.
Under the guidance of the "double reduction" policy, our Chinese Language Department enhances students’ interest in reading through a variety of activities, so that they can truly embrace and love Chinese language.
Ⅲ. Traditional Culture Assistance
Idiom Story Contest: "
Double Reduction" subtracts the students' academic burden and adds to their love of the language. Under the guidance of the teachers, the students of the lower grades of primary school actively participated in the idiom story competition, and presented a scene of idiom story telling in the classroom, which also aroused their enthusiasm for learning idioms.
Mid-Autumn Festival: During traditional festivals, in a joyful festive atmosphere, the children of the primary school share the myths and legends of the popular population, watch the moon and pray to the moon, guess the riddles, and participate in the festival customs that have been passed down to this day. Let the beauty of the language flow in the traditional culture.
Chinese Traditional Culture Week: Our traditional programs "Chinese Traditional Culture Week" and "Chinese Culture Festival" are also particularly important in the context of the "double reduction" policy. The Chinese language discipline plays an active role in the Chinese Cultural Festival, and all grades of primary schools hold ancient poetry teaching and chanting, which will flow through the hearts of students with poems and songs that have been passed down through the ages, so that they can draw wisdom and highlight their personality from the long-standing Chinese historical tradition. The middle school grade interprets familiar historical figures and historical events in the middle school drama festival, and the real, delicate and vivid performances of the young actors are the common effect of solid scripts, hard actors, and exquisite costumes, which also won the warm applause of teachers and students again and again.
Storytelling Competition: Making students feel the richness of their home culture in the language is also one of the important purposes of the "double reduction" policy. Hold a book of myths that span time and space. Twist a trace of "divine power", colorful life. In order to stimulate students' interest in reading outside the classroom, enhance students' comprehensive literacy, and let students further feel the infinite charm of traditional Chinese culture, the fourth grade will hold the "Storytelling Competition" lively, and students will learn more about traditional Chinese culture through magical stories, wonderful imaginations, and vivid character images.
Middle School Debate Competition: In order to promote Chinese culture and let students learn, understand and feel the unique spiritual connotation of the Chinese nation in the experience, the Chinese Language Debate Competition, as one of the heavy activities of "Chinese Culture Week", has been deeply attracting the enthusiasm of HBBSS students. The debate theme "Does the Foreign Affairs Movement Have More Advantages Than Disadvantages or Do They Do More Harms Than Good?" stimulated the spark of thinking of the middle school debaters, and the debaters with clear ideas, clear logic and witty words really used the language to the extreme, and also let all the audience feel the breadth and profundity of the Chinese language.
Part Three: The Heroes at HBBSS
The most worth mentioning is our great heroes, the biggest success of reducing the burden and improving the quality is the teachers at HBBSS. They have been constantly exploring, carefully preparing, designing and organizing various activities so that the students can experience edutainment. On the basis of the original, primary school Chinese language teachers pay more attention to the compactness of the link design, turn the classroom into students-centered, build the framework with the teacher's guidance and summary as the main, and fill the content part mainly with the students, so that the students’ hands, eyes and brains can be flexibly used to truly implement the "double reduction" and emphasize the original intention of education. Middle school teachers pay more attention to the refinement of reading methods when preparing lessons. For example, reminiscent narrative prose can probably be read intensively from what aspects, and for biographical articles, it is necessary to read carefully by grasping the details, paying attention to evaluation sentences, and combining the era in which the characters live. Seeing the students' dedication and progress, the Chinese teachers are also full of pride and joy, it is expected that in the future the children will certainly strive for further improvement.
In summary, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of Chinese language teaching under the double reduction policy, it is necessary for teachers to constantly update relevant knowledge, improve professional ability and education and teaching quality, reduce students' homework at the same time, and improve students' interest in learning language in classrooms and activities, so as to better improve the teaching quality of language subjects and make learning enjoyable.
