Fruit samples, Dawn dish detergent, Sodium chloride, Isopropyl alcohol 70%

Procedure:
1.Mass equal amounts of each fruit into a zip plastic bag and squash for about 2 min.
2.Add 2 teaspoons of detergent, 1 teaspoon of salt and squash again for a minute.
3.Add about twice as much cold water as the DNA source, mix thoroughly.
4.Filter your mixture and mass the filtrate.
5.Add an equal volume of the alcohol, spool the DNA into the petri dish and mass it.
实验过程:
1.将等量的水果(这里,同学们用的是草莓和奇异果)放入一个可封口的塑料袋中,然后压碎2分钟左右,直至没有大块剩余。
2.加入2茶匙的洗洁精,1茶匙的盐,再次压扁一分钟。
3.加入相当于DNA来源两倍的冰水,彻底混合。

5.加入等量的酒精,静置2-3分钟,产生气泡,DNA形成长、粘性的纤维,从溶液中分离,将DNA卷缠绕移培养皿中。
