为了帮助学生更高效地开展工作,学校已经连续三年开设学生干部领导力课程班,今年是第三届。校委会成员亲自担任讲师,理论联系实际地阐发自己对领导力的理解,以期给学生以启发。新进学生会成员、行政班班长和社团社长是课程班的学员,他们也会努力从自身工作的实际出发,吸收和消化课程内容,努力转化为解决实际问题的做法。本期课程班共设计六次课,每周四晚6:00-6:40在固定教室进行,讲师依据计划有序授课。
In order to help students work more efficiently, our school has been offering a student leadership course since three years ago, and this year is the third time that we have offered such courses. Members of the school council serve as lecturers to explain their understanding of leadership by combining theory with practice so that students can draw inspirations from their lectures. The students attending this course are new members of the ASB, the monitors of homerooms and club leaders. They will also try to absorb and digest the course content based on their practical positions, and try to turn what they have learned into solutions to real problems. We have planned to give a total of 6 classes during this course session, each of which is conducted at 6:00-6:40 PM every Thursday in a fixed classroom. The lecturers teach in an orderly manner as planned.
王伟老师授课围绕“领导力就是影响力”主题展开,启发学员一定要通过持续学习和反思,不断提升自己的思想境界和认知水平。学生干部工作恰恰为学习和反思创设了环境、提供了素材,大家千万不要浪费机会,更不要遇难而退和怨天尤人。承担更多的工作,克服更多困难,得到更多成长之后自然就会成为别人学习的榜样,也就自然获得了领导力。麻老师强调一定要“勤观察、勤学习、勤思考、勤复盘”,通过身体力行的细心观察和反思来提升工作绩效。楚漫老师通过具体的案例讨论,比如班级在准备艺术节过程中有一些同学不愿意参加时,你该如何做工作等场景让学生设身处地地思考解决问题的办法,并进行头脑风暴,进而找出合适的措施。苗老师、刘刘校长、Chris校长都从不同角度阐释着自己对领导力的理解,但归宿点一定是帮助学生解决现实情境中的困难,着力提升解决问题的能力。
Mr. Tony Wang's lectures centered on "Leadership is influence". During his lecture, he motivated students to improve their ideological realm and cognitive level through continuous learning and reflection. The job of a student leader just creates the environment and provides materials for study and reflection.Therefore, we must not waste the opportunity, nor should we retreat when facing difficulties or complain all the time. After undertaking more work, overcoming more difficulties and gaining more growth, you will naturally become a model for others to learn from and naturally acquire leadership. Ms. Irene Ma stressed that we must "observe, study, think and review", and improve our performance through careful observation and reflection. Ms. Chuman Lin discussed specific cases, such as what we should do when some students are not willing to participate in the preparation of the art festival, and asked students to put themselves in their shoes to think about the solution to the problem, brainstorm, and then find out the appropriate measures. Ms. Miao, vice principal Liu liu and foreign Principal Chris all explained their understanding of leadership from different perspectives, but what they taught in common is to help students overcome difficulties in real-life situations and improve their ability to solve problems.
各位学员努力克服各种困难,协调活动冲突,确保出勤率。认真听讲、深入思考,都很珍惜此次难得的学习机会,也的确想通过自己的努力为社区建设做一份贡献。一期期的课程已经成为学校文化和传统的一部分,也为学生发展起了重要的支持作用。
All students make sure that they attend the classes by overcoming various difficulties and coordinating if any conflict with other activities occurs.They all value this precious learning opportunity by listening attentively and thinking deeply. They really want to contribute their efforts to the development of our community. This course has become part of the school's culture and tradition and plays an important role in supporting students’ development.
