最近，CCTV5等国内知名媒体报道了位于新疆慕士塔格峰的登顶活动。2022年6月30日，首批来自某高山探险队A组的11名队员登顶成功，央视体育称，这是近三年来首支登顶慕峰的队伍。
在登顶的雪山图中，一位探险队员举起了THISDL的旗帜，耀眼的清华紫在阳光下闪烁，衬着他明媚的笑容。他是谁？
让我们走进清香人物——齐伟，来自THISDL物业部的工作人员。
“每个人心中都有一座自己的珠峰，只要脚踏实地、一步一步地朝着自己心里的那座珠峰奋斗，最终一定能登顶成功。”

在清香校园，每个人都真实地生活着。无论是学生还是老师，他们都努力将微笑刻在这个时代，留下自己的印记。今天的人物探索，来自一位有梦想的物业部工作者，他用实际行动告诉我们：每个人都可攀上心中的高峰。
In THISDL campus, everyone lives naturally. Whatever a student or a teacher, everyone tries to engrave his smile in this era and leave his own mark. Today's guest is a dreamy worker coming from the property department who told us with actions that everyone's capable for reaching the top.
齐伟，雪山攀登爱好者。他登的这座山，海拔7546米，目前是世界第四十三高峰——位于新疆的慕士塔格。
Qi Wei, a snow mountain climber. The mountain he challenged, 7546 meters above sea level, is currently the 43rd highest peak in the world - Muztagh Ata in Xinjiang.
01缘结雪山
初识齐伟，便被他的开朗热情所感染。即使在有些缺氧的高原上，他浑厚的声音依然透过远方的高山传来，向每一个人娓娓道来他的故事。2022年6月，他与专业的团队一起，穿着专门的登山设备，向着心目中的雪山进发。
他登山已有四年了。
It has been four years since he climbed.The first impression on Qi Wei was embraced by his cheerful enthusiasm. Even on the plateau with low oxygen, his thick voice was still clear from the distant mountains, telling everyone his story in a tender narrative style. In June 2022, he wore special mountaineering clothes and headed for the snow mountain in his dream as a member of professional team.
“我觉得，一个人不能将所有时间、精力都用在工作上。除了8小时的劳动，还要有一些别的生活。我就想着做一件事情，丰富自己的课余生活。”
" In my opinion, it's not proper to spend all time on one's work. There must be some other activities in addition to 8 working hours. So I hope to do something to enrich my spare time."
于是，他踏入了登山圈，结交了一群志同道合的朋友。每年，他都会和朋友们一道，进行1-2次有计划的专业登山活动。从5000米的高度开始起步，一点点向着高峰前行。
As a result, he stepped into the mountaineering circle, and made a group of like-minded frineds. Every year, he planned 1-2 professional climbing activities with his friends, starting from 5000 meters high and move towards the peak little by little.
02与山共舞
“你不能一开始就登珠穆朗玛峰。先从5000米起步，然后6000米……今年我们登的是7546米，登顶成功后，我就有资格攀登珠峰了。”
"It is hard to move up to the Mount Everest at the begining, you need to start from the 5000 meters high, and then the 6000 meters high... Our goal was 7546 meters high this year, by which I has a pass for climbing the highest one."
为了那一瞬间的登顶，他做了不少准备。体能、耐力、肺活量……都是日常训练内容，还有一个特殊的训练：攀冰。同时，他还要学习如何使用安全绳。这些都需要他付出时间和精力。因为热爱，他从未后退，并不断将热爱化为现实。当然真正上了山，也会遇到一些困难，齐伟大笑着表示，自己最不习惯的并非环境，而是饭菜。于是，他也会拿一些零食如牛肉干，给自己解解馋。
He prepared a lot before reaching the top. Physical fitness, stamina, vital capacity... All of above consisted of his daily training, even including a special item: ice climbing. In the meanwhile, he had to learn how to use the safety rope... He paid for his energy and time, and had never stepped back, constantly realizing his dream because of love. Of course, he also encountered some difficulties in the journey. Qi Wei laughed when he explained the most terrible thing for him- not the tough environment, but the food. Therefore, he also took some snacks such as beef jerky to meet his appetite.
在海拔约4400米的大本营附近，他拍摄了一段视频，视频中的天很蓝，能看到隐隐约约的绿草地。登山对客观环境有很高的要求，为了避免意外，最好在无风的晴天下进行。他记得很清楚，30号那天登顶时，没有风。他说，这实在是太幸运了。
Near the Base Camp at an altitude of about 4400 meters, he shot a video in which the sky was blue and the lawn turned light green. Mountaineering raised very high requirements when it came to the environment. A windless sunny day is the best. He remembered clearly that there was no wind when he reached the top on the 30th. As he said, it's really lucky.
长期的准备只为登顶的一瞬间。站在山巅的那一刻，往日的辛苦化为云烟，留下的只有阳光灿烂。齐伟挥舞着紫色的旗帜，这一刻，他的梦想化为了现实。
A long-term preparation is only for the moment of reaching the top. Standing on the top of the mountain, the past hard work turned into mist, leaving sunshine around him. Qi Wei waved the purple flag. At this moment, his dream came true.
离开了雪山之巅的齐伟，已经向着下一个目标继续前行——珠穆朗玛峰。他说，攀登珠峰需要更久的准备、更刻苦的训练。他计划用一年时间，慢慢积累训练量，后年真正实施这次最难的登山活动。
Qi Wei, who left the top of the snow mountain, has moved on to the next goal - Mount Everest. He said that it's a longer preparation and a harder training when climb the Mount Everest. He planned to spend a year on the training plan, and would carry out the most difficult mountaineering plan the next year.
03清香寄语
“登山，是一个非常积极向上的运动。因为登山永远是往高处走。”

登山圈是有趣的，齐伟希望，学校里的孩子们也有机会能了解这个领域，了解更多的雪山故事。或许每个孩子都有不同的兴趣，但在他看来，每个人追逐梦想的过程都是一个“攀登”的过程。无论自己喜欢什么，登山也罢，其他活动也罢，“每个人心中都有一座自己的珠峰，只要脚踏实地、一步一步地朝着自己心里的那座珠峰奋斗，最终一定能登顶成功。”
Mountaineering circles are interesting. Qi Wei hoped that the children in school will also have the opportunity to understand this industry and learn more about the story of snow mountains. Maybe every child meets different interests, but in his opinion, the process of pursuing dreams was also a part of "Climbing". No matter what you like, mountaineering or other activities, "Everyone has his own Mount Everest in his heart. As long as you keep your feet on the ground and work towards your own Mount Everest step by step, you will eventually succeed in reaching the top."
