金秋的十月,收获的季节。为了进一步践行“双新”理念,全面提高教师教研教学水平,激活教师团队整体专业发展。10月25日星期二下午,以“素养导向下,基于单元教学视角课堂教学”为主题的区级教学展示研讨会在青浦协和双语学校展开,本次研讨会得到区教研员肖彩凤老师高度重视,并带领区内骨干小组,全程主导并针对“落实课标,提升课堂教学质量”展开深入研讨。本次活动黄莹校长、初中部张孜燕副校长,初中部常务副主任阮俊、学校教师发展学院院长李明伟,初中部数学组全体教师和英语、语文组部分老师出席本次会议。
Autumn, known as the season of harvest. On the afternoon of Tuesday, October 25, a district-level teaching demonstration seminar with the theme of "Literacy-oriented classroom teaching based on the perspective of unit teaching" was held at SUIS Qingpu campus. The aims of the seminar were to both further implement the concept of "Double New” and also improve teacher professional development. The seminar was supported by Ms. Xiao Caifeng, a mathematics expert from the Qingpu District Bureau of Education’s Teaching and Research Office, along with other core members from the district. They helped to lead the whole seminar and conducted in-depth discussions on "implementing the curriculum standards and improving the quality of classroom teaching". The attendees were: Ms. Sunny Huang, SUIS Qingpu’s Co- Principal; Ms. Flora Zhang, Campus Vice-Principal; Ms. Rinna Ruan, Executive Deputy-Head of Middle School; Mr. Kevin Li, Leader for the school's Teacher Development Academy (TDA); all mathematics teachers and some teachers from the English and Chinese teams.
课堂精彩回顾
本次区级展示研讨会,六年组冯浩老师执教了教研实践课《分数与小数的互化》。冯老师的教学从生活引入,学生尝试在自主学习和合作交流中展开,积极有效的师生互动充分体现了学生的主体性。整节课不仅夯实了基础知识与基本能力,还帮助学生积累了基本思想与基本活动经验,整节课也渗透了由特殊到一般的合情推理能力,时时关注着学生的核心素养。
In this district-level seminar, Ms. Penny Feng taught a Grade 6 lesson on "transformations between Fractions and Decimals". Ms. Penny started from her daily life experiences, and students tried to conduct independent learning and collaboration. The active and effective interaction between teachers and students fully reflected the theory of student-centered learning. Not only did the entire class consolidate basic knowledge and abilities, but the lesson also helped students accumulate basic ideas and active experience. Moreover, the students were tasked with using their reasoning skills, from general to specific, always with the teacher’s attention to the core literacies.
展示课后,冯浩老师以《践行新课标—基于单元视角课堂设计》为主题进行了说课,她以教材为载体,以学生为主体,以新课程标准为准则,阐述了教、学、练一体化的教学设计,展现年轻教师专业发展潜质。
After the demonstration class, Ms. Penny gave a lecture on the theme of, "Practicing the New Curriculum Standards - Classroom Design Based on the Unit Perspective". She suggested that the teaching materials act as the carrier, that students are the main body, and that the new curriculum standards serve as the criteria. Practicing the designing of integrated teaching lessons serves to display the professional development potential of young teachers.
接下来,学校教师发展学院李明伟院长就我校数学组践行新课标过程中积累的案例和经验进行了交流。在交流中李明伟院长以转变课堂教与学方式的研究实践为例,展示了我校数学组教师们勇于探索的精神及积累的成果。
Next, Kevin Li, leader of the school’s Teacher Development Academy (TDA), presented several cases as well as the accumulated experiences of our Middle School mathematics team, gained through the process of implementing the new curriculum standards. During the evaluation session, Mr. Li took the research practice of turning classroom teaching into learning as an example, and demonstrated the spirit of exploration and accumulated achievements of our mathematics teachers.
评课环节中,青浦区教研员肖彩凤老师对冯浩老师的课堂教学进行了非常详细的点评,并针对未来课堂的教学导向进行解析,指出素养导向下,基于新课标教师该如何进行单元教学设计。肖老师的指导分享为老师们践行新课标明确了重点,指明了方向。
Ms. Xiao Caifeng, a researcher with the Qingpu District, gave an incredibly detailed reflection on Ms. Penny’s class and analyzed the teaching methods in preparation for future lessons. She also provided feedback on how teachers should conduct lesson planning based on the new curriculum standards. Ms. Xiao's guidance and sharing clarified both the key points and the direction for teachers with regards to implementing the new curriculum standards.
活动最后,学校黄莹校长,对本次活动进行了总结和展望,希望数学组全体老师在实践中磨练,在研究中成长。
At the end of the activity, Co-principal Ms. Sunny Huang provided a summary of the session and expressed her hope that all teachers in the mathematics team would continue to polish their practice and grow through teaching research.

教而不研则浅,研而不教则空。每一次教研活动都在帮助老师们更新教育观念,给老师们搭建相互学习的平台。初中数学教研组的老师们也将继续用最踏实的脚步,走好教研之路。
Teaching without research is shallow, research without teaching is empty. Every teaching and research activity helps teachers update their educational concepts and builds a platform for teachers to learn from each other. Our Middle School mathematics teaching and research group will continue to use the most practical steps on the journey of combining teaching with research.
