WLSA上海学校发轫于世界名中学联盟于2012年9月在上海开设的WLSA复旦国际高中课程项目。

WLSA Shanghai Academy stemmed from an international secondary school program established by World Leading Schools Association (WLSA) and High School Affiliated to Fudan University since September, 2012.

Job Description

职责简述

Assist to record admission data to system and do collection and summary;

协助前期招生数据录入存档, 负责日常办公室数据收集与整理;

2. Dial and listen to daily admission consultancy phone calls and do following-up, to introduce school curriculum and admission situation to parents;

Job Description

职责简述

1. Be in charge of the thesis choice, planning, edition,video design and launch of websites and media channels of headquarter and school, including not limited to wechat public accounts, official websites and public video accounts;

负责总部和学校的网站及社交媒体(包括但不限于微信公众号,官网,视频号等)的选题、策划、编辑、校对、刊发、视频设计等工作;

2. Collaboration with various departments to accomplish the editions including video edition and provide the feedback on the articles about teams, characters and events;

职责简述

1. Assist AAO Director to work out teaching schedule, to guarantee the academic operation;

2. Optimize the standards and procedures of teaching scheduling and coverage and assist teachers to operate AAO systems;

优化排课代课换课等的规范执行标准,协助老师操作学校教务系统;

Job Description

职责简述

1. Oversee and organize all arrangements for examination entries e.g. IGCSE, O Level, A level and equivalent. Coordinate the preparation and submission of entries to examining bodies;

统筹及组织所有考试安排,包括:IGCESE,O Level及同等考试. 协调与考试机构的准备及信息提交工作;

2. Organize the collection of registration and examination fees; in liaison with the Finance Officer;

4. Coordinate the team of invigilators, with the support of the Lead Invigilators, including recruitment, training, management, and deployment of invigilation staff;

职责简述

1. Be in charge of the improvement and implementation of the policies and regulations of school general affairs;

负责完善学校总务工作的管理制度及实施细则并落实;

2. Build good communication channels with street office, safety and security departments, master latest regulations and policies to ensure the health environment for school operation;

做好学校与街道、卫生安全部门等外部单位建立良好的沟通渠道,掌握政策法规和了解各方面的管理信息,为学校的运营和发展建立健康的外部环境;

3. Be in charge of campus security, checking equipment and facilities regularly and go on campus pastoral every day, solving problems timely;

3. Be in charge of mailing delivery and receiving and transfer to faculty, managing the mailing tracking;

4. School materials filing and content edition;

学校资料的整理归档、文案编辑;

5. Environment maintenance in reception area, making sure the normal equipment operation (including tea room, air-conditioner, televisions);
