上海星河湾双语学校G5-G9急救培训讲座回顾,日常生活中难免会遇到突发情况,在关键时刻如果能及时、正确地实施急救,就能挽救宝贵的生命。为了提升同学们应对意外的安全防范意识和自救呼救能力,2月23日上午,上海星河湾双语学校G5-G9的全体师生来到大礼堂,参加了由庄一飞医生和闵行融媒体中心主持人锦儿姐姐举办的急救培训讲座。
庄医生采用了“理论培训+现场模拟”相结合的方式,通俗易懂地为师生们讲解了常见的急救措施。
首先,庄医生讲解了一氧化碳中毒时的急救措施,并列举了四道重要步骤。第一步,打开门窗;第二步,熄灭燃烧物;第三步,将中毒患者平躺,保证他呼吸通畅;最后,将患者送往医院进行治疗。与此同时,庄医生也告诫我们,在密闭的空间内,若有物体持续燃烧,有可能会一氧化碳中毒。
随后,庄医生又介绍了与烫伤相关的知识。庄医生以提问和展示图片的形式告诉我们如何处理烫伤后出现的水泡。庄医生介绍到有两种情况:第一种情况是水泡面积较小。人们不能戳破水泡,以防细菌进入,产生感染;第二种情况则是水泡面积较大,且表面张力较大,有被动破裂的风险。庄医生耐心解释到,这个时候,人们应该把在水泡上轻轻地戳破一个小孔,将内部的液体挤出。
接着,庄医生告诉我们,创伤急救中,快速止血最重要。医生通过照片、演示等方法告诉同学们压迫止血的位置以及止血的步骤。需要用力按压才可以用最快的速度地有效止血。
第四个板块是骨折的应对方法。医生和老师通过举例子仔细地讲解了一个人意外骨折时的反应和处理方法。骨折时,患者的肢体可能出现活动障碍,或者骨折断端移位加重损伤等问题,需及时到医院进行治疗。
然后,庄医生介绍了海姆立克急救法。讲解完理论知识,他向同学们展示了如何有效地运用海姆立克急救法。接着,他将几位同学邀请至台上,让同学们两两搭档,练习海姆立克急救法,加深印象。
最后,医生运用生动的肢体语言向同学们展示了做心肺复苏时的要领。他又邀请了四位同学到台上,模拟心肺复苏时的动作,让同学们对心肺复苏有了一定的了解。
一生复能几,倏如流电惊。天地之间无穷无尽,人的生命却如早晨的露水一样短暂。希望通过这次的急救知识讲座,同学们能够在遇到急救问题时,运用讲座上庄医生的方法,更好地自救,或在关键时刻伸出援助之手。
On February 23rd, all students and teachers attended Dr. Zhuang’s lecture on first-aid knowledge.
Firstly, Dr. Zhuang explained the first-aid measures in case of carbon monoxide poisoning and listed 4 steps. First, open the doors and windows; second, extinguish the combustible; third, lay the patient flat to ensure that he can breathe well; the last step is to take the patient to the hospital. At the same time, Dr. Zhuang told us that if something continues to burn in a confined space, carbon monoxide poisoning is possible to occur.
Dr. Zhuang also introduced some knowledge about burns. He asked questions and showed pictures on how to deal with blisters. There’re two situations: when the blister area is small, people can’t puncture the blister so to prevent the bacteria from entering and lead to infection; when the blister area is large, there is still a risk of bursting open due to the large surface tension.
Then, Dr. Zhuang mentioned about hemostasis and he showed students the steps of how to stop the bleeding. The pictures indicate that we need to press hard to stop the bleeding as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, some examples and pictures were demonstrated about how to deal with accidental fractures. When fractured, the patient may have problems including impaired mobility or fracture displacement, then going to the hospital is necessary.
The next part is about the Heimlich Maneuver. Dr. Zhuang invited several students to get on stage and perform it in pairs.
Last but not least, Dr. Zhuang showed the audience the essentials of CPR. He invited four more students on stage to simulate the actions when doing CPR.
Life is too short for us to wake up in the morning with regrets. Hope this lecture can help all the students and teachers to protect themselves and help others when there’s accidents occurring.
