为进一步加强我校学生法治教育工作，增强青少年法律意识，深入开展法治宣传教育，构建良好的校园法治环境。3月6日上午，我校隆重举行法治副校长聘任仪式。在仪式上，常州外国语附属双语学校执行校长李亚男女士宣读聘任决定，聘任新北区龙虎塘派出所教导员陈祥同志为我校法治副校长，并为其颁发聘书。
In order to further strengthen the law education of CBS students, to enhance the law awareness of teenagers, to carry out in-depth publicity and education of the rule of law, and build a legal and peaceful campus. CBS held a grand appointment ceremony for the vice principal of the rule of law at the noon of March 6. At the ceremony, Ms.Nancy Lee, the executive principal of CBS, announced the appointment decision, which appointed Chen Xiang, the instructor of Longhutang Police Station of the Xinbei District, as CBS vice principal of the rule of law, and issued a letter of appointment.

尊敬的各位领导、各位老师、亲爱的同学们：
Dear leaders, teachers and students,
大家好！二月的晨风拂面，贪婪的冬还留恋于大地的生机，但春的笑容已渐渐向人们展露。在这个微寒却不失暖意的季节里，很荣幸受邀作为学校的法治副校长，为大家做国旗下发言，面对各位爱岗敬业的老师们和朝气蓬勃的孩子们，我心潮起伏、感慨万千。今天我国旗下讲话的主题是“法治护航 助力成长”。管子言：“以规矩为方圆则成，以尺寸量长短则成，以法治教治民则安”，法律和纪律是一条轨道，一条能保证大家健康成长、到达预定站点的轨道，于社会、校园、师生都是一种有效的约束。
Good Mornings！As the morning breeze blows, a new spring gradually reveals itself to us. Hereby it is an honor for me to be invited as the Vice Principal of Legal Affairs to give a speech under the national flag. The theme of my speech is "The rule of law facilitates growth" . Law and discipline serve as a track that can ensure everyone's growth and lead us to our destination.
古往今来，上至国家集体，下至黎民百姓，谁都无法置身于法律之外，一切行为必须在法律的范围内进行。依法治校，俨然成为当今学校管理的必然选择。常州外国语附属双语学校办校以来，十分注重法治教育，以不断提高教职工的职业道德水平及增强守法观念为主要内容，以各类丰富多彩且切合实际的活动为载体，在加强依法治校工作力度的进程中取得了一定的成效。
Throughout history, each and every individual has been subject to the law, and all actions must fall within its boundary. In today's world, managing schools in a legal and systematic way has become an essential aspect of effective school management. Ever since the establishment, CBS has placed great emphasis on legal education, with a focus on improving the professional ethics of teachers and staff and instilling a strong commitment to obeying the law. We have made important progress in this area, and continue to strive towards further improvement.
“国运兴衰，系于教育；教育振兴，教师有责。”所谓学高为师，身正是范，在教书育人和民族振兴的道路上，各位教师应当任重道远，一名具有法律素养的教师势必会影响一大批学生，教育不止需要师德高尚的教师，更需要依法执教的教师，为此我校更要重视教师对法律知识的学习，特别是有关教育方面的法律法规学习，经常性开展批评与自我批评，提高教师团队依法执教的思想意识。
As is known, education plays a crucial role in shaping a nation's destiny. Teachers are role models for their students. Teachers who possess a strong sense of integrity, knowledge, and law-awareness can have an impact on their students' lives. As a result, our school must prioritize the learning of legal knowledge among our teaching staff, particularly the laws and regulations related to education. It is also crucial to regularly conduct criticism and self-criticism sessions to improve the teaching team's ideology. By doing so, we can provide our students with a positive and lawful educational environment that nurtures their growth and development.
不仅如此，学校还应重视对学生的法治教育，“法治教育要从娃娃抓起”，坚持做到集中教育与个别教育相结合，法治教育与教育工作紧密结合，例如通过班会、校会、升旗仪式等机会开展学法活动，加强对学生良好行为习惯的养成教育。在我们的校园内，同样也存在着很多威胁我们人身和财产安全的现象。有的同学在楼道里嬉戏追打，上下楼时互相打闹，有的同学在运动时因不注意自我保护而受伤，有的同学没有妥善保管好自己的物品造成损失……应付各种异常情况，仅仅依靠幼儿园、老师、家长的保护是不够的，更重要的是每一位小朋友都要树立自我保护意识，在这里我要提醒我们的小朋友要遵守幼儿园的规章制度，增强遵纪守法观念，时刻将“安全”二字放在心中，为我们的安全约束我们的行为，机智勇敢地处置遇到的各种异常情况和危险。
In addition to providing a quality education, the school should also stress the legal education of its students. We can actively integrate legal education with various activities such as homeroom time, assemblies, and flag-raising ceremonies, to cultivate good behaviors among students. Furthermore, on our campus, it's essential to pay more attention to safety. Some students wander around or chase in the corridors or on the stairs, which can lead to severe injuries. On the other hand, it's not enough to rely only on the protection from teachers and parents. Every child must establish a sense of self-protection. Thus, I would like to remind all students to abide by the rules and policies of the school and always keep the word "safety" in mind.
常州外国语附属双语学校是一所地理位置优越、师资雄厚、校风良好、设施一流、教育质量优秀的现代国际学校。近年来，学校在抓好教育工作的同时，一直非常重视学校的法治教育工作，校园周边的治安环境良好，未发生严重影响学校教学秩序的案事件，特别是在学校全体师生、工作人员及辖区公安的辛勤努力下，校内治安防范越来越规范，正常的教学活动得到了强有力的保障，师生们的遵纪守法意识和安全感不断增强。在今后的日子里，龙虎塘派出所将致力于不断健全社会治安防控网，全力为学校提供法律法规方面的服务，共同维护好我们学校的治安稳定和良好教学秩序。
CBS is a modern international school that enjoys a superior geographical location, excellent teachers, first-class facilities, and outstanding educational quality. The security environment around the campus is good, and there have been no incident reports that significantly impact the school's teaching order. Thanks to the hard work of the public security organizations, the security measures in the school have become more standardized. The awareness of law-abiding and security among teachers and students has been continuously enhanced. In the days to come, the Longhutang Police Station will continue to improve social security, provide legal services for the school, and cooperate to maintain the security, stability, and good teaching order of our school.
