反思对于我而言，是从自己做起，肩负起改变世界的责任。反思自己的言行，能让未来走得更坚定。中考成功的蜕变让我初尝反思的力量，上了高中后，不管是打篮球还是与同学交流，不管是英语学习还是举办活动，我在不断反思中找到一套自己的方法，一步步取得了巨大的进步。
Reflection for me is to take upon myself the responsibility to change the world. I should on my words and actions as I steadfastly march to my future. The successful result of my middle school examination gave me the first taste of the power of reflection. After I went to high school, I found a set of my own methods in constant reflection and made a great progress step by step in playing basketball, communicating with my classmates, learning English, and organizing activities.

I have made a lot of progress in my study since this term. Timely reflection is an important quality: for me, "reflection" means being able to view your actions from an objective perspective, think about and evaluate them, and reflection can help us notice and improve our shortcomings, so as to show a better self.
